What the $250 Setup Fee Covers:

• Design Consultation – We collaborate closely with you to refine your concept, including custom patterns, fabrics, colors, logos, sublimation prints, embroidery, panel designs, and fit specifications.
• Manufacturing Setup – Using our premium fabric (moisture-wicking, stretch, performance-grade), setting up production and preparing our manufacturing line exclusively for your order.
• Project Management – Pre-production checks and approvals so your final shorts meet the high standards KONGZ Kollectives is known for.

This is a one-time, non-recurring fee per unique design/project. Once setup is complete, you only pay for the actual units produced (pricing based on quantity, and custom details—contact us for a full quote after setup).
